Providore @ Mandarin Gallery

Met tata her BF and her bf's friend for brunch way back in Dec, oh my how time flies. In any case, I doubt the food at Providore would have changed much.

We each ordered a main, hoping to share but I guess that was just the "intention"; in the end we all ended up eating our own and merely pinching from the rest.

Tata's bf ordered the English Breakfast which was kinda standard. He found it ok, I thought it looked lackluster.

English Breakfast @ $19,50
Tata had the steak sandwich which was the best of the lot. I loved the combi of caramelized onions and beef!

Tata's Bf's Friend had the eggs Benedict which looked normal, not too sure how good it tasted though.

Eggs Benedict @ $19.50

I had the Spanish Baked Eggs which were kinda too sweet for my liking. I didn't fancy the fatty chorizo and overcooked eggs; would have preferred Wild Honey's Tunisian or Artichoke's Shakshuka anytime.

Spanish Baked Eggs @ $18.50

To sum up, I thought Providore is way over priced for its offerings. I would rather spend alil more and dine at Wild Honey or Artichoke.
