Dinner at Suprette was superb. I had the stuffed chicken which was really tasty albeit easy to replicate at home. Stuffed with spinach and ricotta and wrapped with bacon, I thought the chicken was juicy and succulent. Although I'm not a fan of bacon, I was glad it was there as it really helped give a smoky flavour to the chicken slices. I love the chutney served with the stuffed chicken as well but didn't quite care for the bland mixed greens.

Bing had the Suprette Buger which was pretty good. Much was said about the Suprette Burger and I believed it lived up to its ravings. Apparently the fries are free flow but who needs more fries when a serving is more than enough. In case you're wondering, the fries were pretty normal though.

We also had an appetizer, the mini lamb balls. I thought the balls were pretty good but totally not worth $14. It's essentially just balls of lamb smothered with thick tomato chunks and so.. I could have whipped that up in an instant (think store bought lamb balls and prego tomato sauce :))

Dessert offered that night were pecan pie and smores. I kinda dislike Marshmallows and hence opted for the pecan pie. Despite not having a pecan pie before, I knew what it was as I've watched the making of one. I thought all pecan pies would be inedibly sweet but Suprette's wasn't that diabetically sweet: it was sweet but still tolerably sweet. The pie crust was pretty hard and crunchy, which I liked but the ice cream tasted really generic. All in all, a pretty decent dessert to end the meal.

Service was warm and food was satisfying; only trouble is... $$$$ I thought the food didn't quite warrant such pricing. I thought the burger used to be $19 and was kinda shocked to see a $25 sign tagged to it. I would probably return if I'm feeling rich meanwhile I might just save my money and make my own stuffed chicken :)
Shall end of with some quirky toilet signboards.. Till then XOXO
