I don't quite remember how we bonded during FTB camp but boy! are Ade and Benny one of my best buds in Uni. A few months back, we three headed down to Lil India to feast on some Indian fare. We were all bored of the normal restaurants/ eateries/ cafe/ fast food joint and decided to try something new.

Yes, we seemed spontaneous alright but both Benny and myself did a teeny weeny bit of googling on our way to Lil India, I came across ieatishootipost and he was saying the Naan at Al Musafir was pretty good so I gladly brought my friends there (or rather I googled, Adeline directed and Benny led us there).
Al Musafir is a Indian stall in a shabby looking Indian Kopitiam. In fact, if it wasn't for our trusty google map, we would have easily missed it. I don't know about Benny and Ade but I was kinda skeptical at first; thank God were they ultra enthu that night.
We were totally clueless and started ordering whatever which sounded good. Mixed veggies seemed like the best choice for a veggie dish, at that moment. I thought the veggies were pretty ok; just typical veggies with some indian spice added to them.

So not everything was all lovely and dovey but we did have some kick ass items like the Naan and Chicken Tikka. Most importantly, I had tons of fun with Benny and Ade, can't wait for some more Indian food affair.
