Nam Moon- Revisited

JB is my new food haven :) Mummy and I went Nam Moon for lunch one fine Sunday and ate till we almost exploded.

Mumsy wanted to try their steamboat stuff and so we ordered a Army Stew as it looked damn awesome in those Korean Dramas. An Army Stew, aka Budae Jjigae, is a type of thick soup traditionally filled with leftovers like sausages, canned ham, instant ramen, tofu, cabbage etc. Tastewise Nam Moon's Budae Jjigae is yummilicious! However, I thought this could be easily replicated at home.

Once again, Nam Moon's Banchan is specular. I love their variety and quality of their Banchan. How I wish we can refill more dishes.

14 Banchan :)
