Sunday is the golden clasp that binds together the volume of the week"
-Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
I'm not too sure about that golden clasp but I sure love sundays! Mummy and I went JB for some awesome massage and delicious Korean food; oh how I love sundays!
Mum is my foodie guide when it comes to JB and she was über excited to introduce Nam Moon to me. Located at No. 31 Jalan Perang, Nam Moon is definitely one of the go to places for yummy affordable Korean food.

If you think Kim's Family Restaurant serves the best Banchan, wait till you try Nam Moon's. They serve a total of 14 Banchan, ranging from quail's eggs to pickles and premium seaweed. Each Banchan embodies a different flavour and they definitely go all out to woo your tastebuds. Sadly, as their Banchan is of premium ingredients, we were limited to a refill of only 3 items :( Both mummy and I loved the eggplants and called for seconds, which came in a bigger portion.

I was in the mood for some cold noodles and so I got myself some spicy cold buckwheat noodles. The spicy noodles tasted like any other korean spicy buckwheat noodle I had in Singapore, the only difference was the price: way cheaper after conversion.

Mummy had a Beef Soup with rice. I found the beef soup flavourful but the beef was way way way too tough. Mummy felt a little cheated as the entire dish comprised of tough shredded beefs which tasted like processed and aged beef jerky as compared to freshly cooked beef slices.

Mummy said their BBQ wasn't too bad and maybe that calls for another trip to Msia :) In any case, I'm surely and most definitely coming back for more cheap Korean food.
P.S: Cheap for Singaporeans due to currency conversion. Dishes are RM 20 on average.
Just had my lunch here today. The waiter was so rude. I went with my wife and my daughter who is 5. We ordered 2 diahes and tat waiter gave me an attitude. Why only order 2. And all the time. He was showing us his damn black face.
