Eagle @ SICC Re-visited

Sorry I've been really lazy recently and have been feasting on movies after serials, nonetheless here are some pictures to get you drooling through the night =D

Dined at Eagle with Mally, Fams and Pops. The turkey meatloaf mum had was awesome! The turkey was succulent and paired really well with the gravy and jam.

Jie had the Beef Hor Fun which is comparable to Paradise Inn's. I love the tender beef and awesome wok hei taste!

Beef Hor Fun
Shuaxy had the classic burger which looked good, I was saving space for my unlimited salad hence I didn't steal a bite from his.

Classic Burger
Daddy's Pizza was super crispy and came with a delightful sunny side up. I reckon the pizza was über crispy cos it was fried; just look at how the pizza glistens with oil. I would have loved this pizza if it was baked till crisp.

Although pops is rather adventurous, we had to cater to her Chinese needs. She had a bowl of handmade noodles which tasted like real good handmade noodles. I know right!? having handmade noodles in a restaurant just doesn't seem right but it tasted really good albeit the noodles could have been more raw as it became overcooked in the scalding hot broth. According to my physics crazy friend, Ban Mian has one of the highest heat capacity, which is the big C in the formula C = Q/∆T (oh my.. those torturous physics lessons back then...)

We also ordered the carrot cake to share; as usual, the carrot cake was aw-so fragrant and didn't disappoint.

Anyways, in case you're wondering what I ate... UNLIMITED SALAD! YUMMmmms :) I had like 3-4 helpings of luscious greens and lovely mixed greek salad/ tuna salad/ cured salmon and hummus =D Pardon the gross looking plate, I was too busy wolfing down the gorgeous greens.

Salad FTW
They had an array of cheese but as I'm not a fan of cheese, I feast on the nuts and biscuits/ crackers which came along with it.

Miscellaneous
Meet my cool pops.. she's changed alot. The once naggy pops has evolved into a cheerful adventurous and cheeky pops. I credit her change to my uncles and aunties back in Msia, way to go folks!!

Check out the "jug head" lookin hat she made for me :)
