I have no idea why it was labelled 'pancakes' in our class module; it got me excited for a week, dang! I don't mind Crêpe but I like those fluffy carbo loaded pancakes way better! Anyways I was late for class and missed out on the batter making but it was made known to me that the work process is really simple. Just mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients and wa la! your Crêpe is done Madame Mozelle.
