You're My Candy Girl

It was candy making the previous Saturday and boy was it tough; load of stretching and pulling action was incorporated to the sugar glucose mixture in order to give the candy its nice shine.

Cooking the sugar glucose mixture, temperature is the key!
The glucose mixture was then poured into a tray to cool, reserving a small portion of it for the moulds.
