The Little Diner-revisited

Met Lil Wan and Cassy for dinner at Little Diner last week and I think they had a mild concussion from the cheese overload. I was telling them how good the Mac & Cheese was and so they both ordered one each :P Lil Wan had the truffle oil one while Cassy had their regular Mac & Cheese. 

Old School Baked Mac & Cheese @ $15.5

I had the Mac & cheese earlier on (check out my previous entry), so I had the BBQ Pigwich which essentially is a pull pork burger. I'm soooo happy with my choice. The pull pork was juicy and tender and really went well with the fluffy buns. I thought the BBQ sauce was nice but alil too salty. My sandwich came with fries and coleslaw, which I swopped with mixed greens. The fries were a little darker as they claimed they are hand cut. Personally, I prefer they do away with the fuss and serve us store bought fries instead cos their hand cut fries were soggy, oily and unsatisfying.

All in all, I really love The Little Diner. The staffs/ owners are very warm and make you feel at home. Awesome food, satisfying portions, fantastic service.. what's not to like?! oh, ya the inaccessibility of course..(only accessible via bus) but nah.. THY SHALL TRAVEL FOR FOOD. so yeah.. I wld definitely head back for their other burgers/ brunch real soon :D
