I'm not a great fan of Chinese food but sometimes, just sometimes... it might just be what I needed.
Went Li Bai a few months ago (better late than never, I'd say). Honestly, all Chinese restaurant's dishes taste the same to me but I thought Li Bai had the best spicy mushroom soup I ever tasted. My companion proclaim they have the best mee sua with egg white. I thought the idea was good but the noodles were kinda bland. Mango pudding was so so too...

Oh maybe I should correct myself, I don't quite like typical Chinese dishes but I love DIM SUM! I've tried several Liu Sha Bao: Victor's kitchen, Swee Choon, Peach Garden, East Ocean Teochew Restaurant, Mandarin Court etc and I hereby conclude... Taste Paradise's Liu Sha Bao is my no. 1! Taste Paraside's is definitely more expensive than Swee Choon's but their custard is aw-so liquidy and ratio of both sweet and salty is superb. I also found the pao skin to be just the right thickness, thick enough to envelop the rich yellow custard and thin enough to allow the custard to shine.
