There's always a cake for any occasion!! Me bro has finally ORD-ed and what better way to celebrate than to stuff his mouth with a muffin.

I made both Blueberry and Chocolate muffin; sadly both tasted not up to expectation. I thought the Blueberry ones were more delicious than the chocolate ones though. The blueberry muffins tasted fantastic straight out of the oven, however it kinda moisten and turned a tad too wet for a muffin.

The chocolate ones were kinda disappointing too. I thought the cocoa powder taste was really overpowering and made the chocolate muffin taste kinda cocoa-y instead of chocolatey. Also, chocolate chips might have worked better as the Dove Chocolate pieces were that evenly spread out.

In any case, both muffins kinda moisten and tasted very wet, the next day. Sigh, I guess I need to do more experimenting...
