Headed over to Msia for Pop's bdae and did nothing, other than eating...had nothing, except food food food! I wished I had a bigger stomach; or could store food like a camel; or had a stomach like a black hole... I wanted to eat everything and anything I could lay my hands on...
∞∞ WARNING ∞∞ Do not proceed, if hungry..
Remember that miserable bowl of porridge Jie had at Ta Si Xi? well this is her Round 2. Her Wanton mee was pretty decent, loved the noodles but hated the portion size vs dollar value.

Do not eat western food in Msia. I repeat, do not eat western food in Msia. Nando's at Jusco was horrendous...

Our dinner at some hawker in Seremban was pretty enjoyable. The fish curry was fantastically fragrant.; fish portions were generous as well.

The tofu was ultra smooth with a slight crisp, on the outside.

Yao Mak- pop's fav |
I like the concept of the dish; the combination of both pork and yam is wonderful, a pity the pork was too fatty for my liking.

Seremban Market was a mad house that Sunday. Apparently certain tables/ chairs are reserved for certain stalls and boy were they strict about it! Daddy couldn't buy the coffee he wanted as he was seating at the competitor's table. Despite volunteering to self deliver, the guys at the coffee store refused to barge and just wouldn't sell it to him... wow, and I thought Singaporeans were the most law abiding...
I think the Sugarcane peeps were the most amicable as we didn't have to order from a particular vendor. Bought this glass of sugar cane from my mother's uncle's daughter aka cousin.

Lunch was at some restaurant in JB. Their tofu dish wasn't too bad but I preferred the one at Seremban.

The pork ribs were decent but passable. I thought Coffee Pork would have been a better option.
I reckon the best dish of the meal has to be the salty egg bittergourd; who knew salted egg yolk could do such wonders...

The fish was really fresh, it was steamed to perfection but was kinda ex for its size. Lol mum felt cheated.
