Yomenya Goemon @ Star Vista

Met up with archery peeps the other day and had some great fusion pasta at Yomenya Goemon. It wasn't my first time dining at Yomenya Goemon and definitely wont't be my last.

I ordered the Lobster Bisque which was good. I love the al dente pasta and the flavourful broth like sauce, albeit it didn't quite taste like lobster.

I preferred A's Clam Chowder Pasta which was really well flavoured. Once again, I love how the pasta was cooked till perfection and I felt that it was a great idea making a broth out of the creamy white sauce. The broth sorta invigorates the entire dish, giving a creamy but not overwhelming jelat taste.

Both S and A* had tomato sauce based pasta which wasn't too bad either. As I'm not exactly a tomato sauce kinda gal, I will keep my comments to myself.

Sorry kinda forgot the name of this dish
If my goldfish memory did not fail me, each pasta dish was around $14. What I love most about Yomenya Goemon is their huge portion size! I don't really consider myself a huge eater (highly subjective, depending on who you're comparing with) but I love big portion food. For $14, I would definitely return for more kick ass fusion pasta.
