I thought I would have difficulty finding Muffinry but apparently nothing's impossible with google maps :) Hans had really good words for Muffinry and I was hoping he was right (travelling all the way from Penjuru isn't something you should take lightly)
My companion arrived early but was talking to the co-founder, who happen to be a really dashing looking dude. So off I went, exploring the place and oggling at the muffins displayed. Despite its weird shape, the Muffinry was surprisingly huge, boasting 3 levels. I thought the mixture of furnitures were kinda cool.

L ordered the chicken stew which he said was awesome. I thought it tasted like what my mum can whip up within minutes, nonetheless it was nice and comforting. I loved how it was served in this cute little pot. Thumbs up for presentation, although I thought the lettuce could be fresher.

I had 2 Muffins for dinner :) If I can have it my way, I would have dessert for dinner everyday. I got myself a Carrot Muffin and Banana Walnut and Chocolate Chip Muffin. I must say the former was pretty nice. Packed with loads of walnuts and raisins, I loved how the muffins was moist and had this really nutty taste. I don't know about you but I love nutty grainy muffins with a nice chew, chiffon/sponge cake tasting muffins aren't muffins, in my dictionary. The Banana Walnut and Chocolate Chip Muffin wasn't as good; it was moist but a little too sweet for my liking. Although the muffins were good, it was kinda pricey for its size. These anorexic looking muffins doesn't have the usual "muffin top" cost $2.40 each.

The Muffinry is indeed a nice place to chill; great service, awesome CBT and an eye candy. Will be back to try their chocolate tart and perhaps more CBT?
