These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things

When the dog bites,
when the bee stings,
when I'm feeling sad.
I simply remember my favorite things,
and then I don't feel... so bad!

Food absolutely consumes me, sweet food to be exact. Thought it'll be nice to share with you guys the things I can eat forever.

Coconut Juice from Wong Coco is awesome! It may be less sweet as compared to the one from Ice Cool but at least you know its all natural! I love the fact that they added coconut pulp in there too! This is my go-to drink when I'm just to lazy to chop open the fresh ones.

Chendol from Kopitiam is the ultimate dessert you can ever get! I don't know what's happening to me but my love for fattening stuff has multiplied, it seemed like yesterday when I said I hated coconut milk. Anyway, save yourself some cash and head for this classic dessert as compared to those expensive petit cakes.

Chedol from Kopitiam @ $2.20

Nescafe 3-in-1 coffee has become my daily coffee fix. I use to be a fan of Old Town but I guess they became too costly for both waist and wallet. At 86 calories per sachet, this isn't too bad for a quick fix.

If I'm out, I would definitely go for some Kopi C Siew Dai from Coffee & Toast. After venturing out at various coffee shops, I can safely say Coffee & Toast, Longhouse Coffee shop and Toastbox (depends on the outlet though) have by far the best Kopi C. When I say best, I mean in terms of consistency- always as (up to you to define what it is). e.g I find Coffee & Toast really gao and milky hence it's consistently gao and milky.

Kopi C Siew Dai from Coffee & Toast @ $1.30

I love Min Chiang Kueh, especially those cheese flavoured ones from Pin Le. Only Pin Le serves awesome cheese Min Chiang Kueh as they use cream cheese instead of those square cheddar cheese pieces. Chewy, creamy and yummy, what's not to love?

Cheese Min Chiang Kueh from Pin Le @ $2

I believed I've blogged about Han's chocolate tart. It is the most value for money chocolate tart. This chocolate tart tastes so good, you wouldn't believe it's only $3.80.

Chocolate Tart from Han's @ $3.80

Ice Kachang from Kopitiam is a must have dessert. I know this doesn't look like you regular ice kachang but that's because I asked for only Gula Melaka.

Ice Kachang from Kopitiam @ $1.90

Newly found love- Cedele's carrot cake. Yummy carrot cake, packed with walnuts and layered with creamy cheese frosting = my heaven. At $6, this is one of the more expensive favorite food of mine. I would save this for rainy days and go for the cheaper alternative- soup spoon's carrot cake @ $3.80, when the cravings kick in.

Cedele's Carrot Cake @ $6
